iPhone 3G can I get the old $20 plan and just have edge???

My 3G coverage is spotty at best and often I just use Wifi.

Does the old $20 plan exist for iPhone 3G users???
Can I change(switch back and forth) between the $20 and $35 3G plan if I plan to travel and will use 3G more???

Nope - if you have a 3G iPhone then you're gonna pay for the 3G service even if you don't live in a good 3G area.
