View Full Version : Replacement iPod earbuds?

My iPod earbuds have bitten the dust, and I would love to get replacement Apple earbuds.

Are the only ways to either drop $40 on the remote + earbud set (I don't need a remote -- I never use the one I already have) or to bid on eBay?

Yes, my iPod is out of warranty -- I actually replaced my earbuds once, while it still was less than one year old -- the warranty service at the Apple store was great...

I wish Apple would sell just the buds for $20
-- not only as replacements, but for iPod sharing, etc.

Hey Ted,

I don't use my original iPod earbuds. I used them twice and found them to be very uncomfortable. If you're interested, I would be willing to sell them to you.

You'd probably be better off buying some more comfortable headphones/earbuds.

I did :p! That's why I'm willing to sell the ones that came with my iPod.

edit: fixed a grammatical error.
