iPod touch Album artwork without iTunes?

Is there any way to get album artwork on ipod/itunes without buying it off itunes? I buy some songs off itunes but most I download. Sometimes iTunes doesn't even have what I want anyway. They don't have The Beatles white album...how? Idc who you are or what music you like...but I digress. SO, is there a way. Thanks in advance.

Right click, scroll down to 'Get Info', and go to the 'Artwork' Tab. Just drag and drop/copy and paste your artwork there. I think there is also a 'find my artwork' type feature, but I have no idea about that, I only trust myself to find the right images.
