iLife update for MobileMe problems?

So I installed the updates for iLife '08 which basically replaces all .Mac references to MobileMe, however I have hit a snag.

When I try to publish a website with iWeb, I'm being asked to log in to MobileMe, when I click on 'Log In', it just opens up System Prefernces and goes into MobileMe, and iWeb just idles, and eventually gives up on trying to publish?

Anyone else having problems like this? :confused:

I get a message that says my mobile me is not configured properly in iPhoto and Aperture when I try to publish an album.

I'm pretty sure the iDisk is being worked on today/tonight because I am getting the same error, and when I log out/in to mobile me, and go to the iDisk tab, I cannot access it because it says it is offline. On both of my computers.

I have exactly the same problem since the last updates.
In System preferences I appear to be logged in. Logging out and in again does not change the situation.
This is a bit annoying as I am using iWeb/MobileME to publish a blog and pictures for my family during our stay in beautiful California...

Yeah I use my blog too, and I just set up my domain to work with iWeb so I am a bit :( for now.

I am sure in the morning everything will be back to normal as always.
