Plugin icons

Does anybody know where to get blank versions of the icons for plugins? If you look here (http://homepage.mac.com/simx/.Pictures/legofile.pdf) and here (http://homepage.mac.com/simx/.Pictures/emoticonsfile.pdf), you can see what icon I'm talking about -- I want just the box without the other stuff on it, and the lego block without the other stuff on it. (I know I could probably just edit them out, but if I could find a pristine version, that'd be great.)
