How long do we have to take the iphone back for an exchange?

if we bought the iphone from apple, how long after purchasing it would they still do exchanges if there is a fault with the phone? only 14 days or more?

One year from the date of purchase. You can extend it to two if you purchase AppleCare for $69.00.

wow so even 11 Months after purchase we can get an exchange from apple if a fault arises?

Yup, my first iPhone had issues in the 10th month and Apple swapped it out. It was a reall quick process. I sent my phone back on a Friday and received my replacement on the next Tuesday.
