developer.apple.com login disabled?

I just tried to log into developer.apple.com to sign up for the iPhone dev programme, and got this error message:

¨This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons.¨

Any idea what this is about?? Anyone else seen this?

I just logged in with no problems. Call ADC and ask them.

Cheers. Given it's an international call and I don't know how long I'd be on hold, I might try emailing first,then call if that doesn't work out! :)
