Installed the latest cydia and bossprefs and lost contacts app!! anyone else?? 😡

Ah, that might explain it. I thought I'd accidently moved Contacts.app somewhere when I was moving some other stuff around with SSH. I searched everywhere for it but couldn't find it!

Yep, I had that same problem. I reported it to BigBoss and I have been told that it is related to the Poof (hide applications) ability of BossPrefs. It was a mistake in the default profile that started out from the fact that the Contacts app is hidden by default by the OS on the 1.x iPhone firmware. The latest version of BossPrefs (that came out a few hours ago) no longer hides it by default.

In the mean time you can go in to BossPrefs and unhide it.

ya it is gone for me. but i never use it so i dont care. you guys know the phone has a contact app in it
