Hello
I have tried for hours to create a bootable CD and all seems to go according this (http://www.index-site.com/bootcd.html) manual. After rebooting I have tried with ; press "c" and "option" and all I got was the booting OS.
Would someone be able to pinpoint where I could be doing wrong and also are there any easier utilities for this than Disk Utility for creating bootable images and iso files?

Thanks

MT

I use Toast, have you tried it?

Just press 'C'; Option is the boot menu; Option + C is not a valid startup command.

And Toast is a good program except it's not free.

Echoing above, why a bootable CD? Creating a bootable system via an external hard drive is much faster/easier.

Hello
I was trying to create a bootable dc with gparted so I could partition the external HDD.
My neighbor helped me along with disk utility so now is all good.
Thanks for your time
