lost apps during restore...need help

So I have a pwned 3g iphone. Today I restored back to the original custom ipsw file that pwnage tool created because my phone was acting a little wierd. I lost all the apps that I purchased in the app store including eWallet and Pianist. Is their any way to get these back? Will I have to restore to stock and contact apple?

well I tried pianist and it gave me the already purchased pop up but ewallet didnt so we'll see what happens.
