Here is your answer -- finally ... one is a speaker the other is a microphone.

If I have to read one more "my speakers don't work" post I am gonna chuck my iPhone out the windows LOL.. (well not so much)
 
People will still post the question, even if this becomes a sticky. Just gotta accept that there will always be people that don't RTFM.

Buy the iH27 from the Apple store, i got mine last week, i dont get any buzzing when i get a call and it works!!!??
 
As this is here, does anybody else find the location of the speaker a little odd? When using Apps that are in a fixed landscape mode and don't allow you to rotate the view (Super Monkey Ball being a good example), my finger often covers the speaker.

Switching the location of the speaker and mic would probably be a good move.

... or is it just me that has this issue? 😉

Glad I'm not the only one tired of reading this question till the point of nausea.

It's even worse over on the Apple Boards.

It would be fun to try to get a replacement stating that only one speaker is working.

Keep trying Apple stores til you find someone who believes it.
