This is very annoying. iTunes keeps connecting to iTS every time I plug my 1.1.4 Touch in. I DO NOT want to update to 2.0 firmware ! ! ! 😡
I don't have a fast internet so it takes iTunes a while to check the store and iTunes is unusable (beachball) during this period (2-3 minutes). When it finally loads the 2.0 update page it has only 2 buttons: "Remind me later" and "Buy now". All this with iPod selected in Source list!! 😡 which means I have to wait for all these antics to finish to use my iPod.
All this happens every time I plug my iPod in. Is there any way to stop it, other than buying 2.0 firmware or disconnecting from internet?
P.S.: this also happened when January Software Update came out 😡
