Can I RE-Download Applications?

Hey

I synced my new iphone yesterday and downloaded a bunch of apps on my MBP. Installed nicely. All good

I then connected my iPhone to my MacPro and iTunes told me it would wipe my iPhone and re-sync. Ok, not cool, but I can kinda see why

Is this normal?

More importantly, the applications I got on my MBP via on my standard iTunes Id are not on iTunes installed on my MacPro. I can see the applications on my iTunes account in 'Download History' (or suchlike) but how do I re-download them onto my MacPro? I read somewhere this is possible

You just go download it again like you did the first time. It'll ask you if you want it to download it again for free.
