Maxell 2X DVD-R Problems with SuperDrive

I am not sure anyone else is experiencing the same problem as I am. I use Maxell 2X DVD-R media to produce a homemovie. Everything is fine when playback on either Mac, PC or regular DVD-player on TV. The problem is the disk won't read around 60 min mark. Anyone has any problem with Maxell disks? My SuperDrive on 12'' PB is MAT****A DVD-R UJ-816

I have not had any problems with the Maxwell DVD's. I actually used some of the exact discs to burn this year's Christmas home movies along with some TDK 2x discs. I have not had any problems with either type of disc. I have used the discs to burn both 60 and 90 minutes videos.
