Can't seem to get my volume to work! Just bought this a few days ago but can't seem to notice any difference with the volume when either of the F3 F4 or F5 keys is used...help! How high should the volume actually go...??

The volume controls are under F10-12 nowadays. Did you check under the Sound preference pane?
