you will need this version: http://code.google.com/p/senuti/downloads/detail?name=senuti_0.50.2b8.dmg&can=2&q= as the one on the home page (the older of the 2 versions) version 0.50.1 does not have ipod touch support 0.50.2 does

I'm trying to transfer my iPod touch music to my Macbook Pro but my iTunes won't bring up the "Enable disk use" option. The iPod Touch is not jailbroken and I am using Senuti version 0.50.2b8, and iTunes verion 7.7.1. What can I do so that my iPod allows me to enable disk use and so that Senuti will recognize my iPod touch?

you cannot enable disk mode on an ipod touch as it doesn't have a hard drive inside it, the touch uses flash memory.

Is there such a program for Windows?

I don't think it has anything to do with it being flash memory since Shuffles & Nanos allow disk use and they are flash based players.

It's Apple locking down the device.

Use sharepod. Works great and is free.
