Fitness apps for iPhone don't work. I'm still fat.

I have downloaded some calorie counting and fitness apps for the iPhone but i have not loss any weight! can the Apple store refund me? Who do I complain to?

That's not the point any more. The point is that I posted here a picture etc, and because it was of a fat male ass walking upstairs it HAS BEEN CENSURED! DELETED! And that's not OK.
