3G Iphone freezes

I picked up new Black 16gb 3G on Monday. It freezes and locks up during calls and right after I hang up a call. This has happened numerous times.



Anyone else having same problem and if they exchanged it at Apple store was the new one better?



I had the orig iPhone and never had any issues like this?

I would try a restore and see if doing that helps any.

If it continues, I would bring it back to see if any hardware issues are causing it

I have heard of severe lags but not freezing
