hey everyone,
i have an unlocked, 8gb, 1.1.4 iphone of which the receiver stopped working.
that means, when i hold the phone to my ear to answer a call or to make a call i cant hear nothing at all while i am heard perfectly fine.
i am only able to make or answer a call with the loudspeaker or headphones - which becomes really annoying after some time...
the phone is just 2 months old and has never been dropped or damaged in any way. everything works perfectly fine except of the receiver.
I have tried everything...from plugging/unplugging the headphones to restoring to cleaning the headphone jack to resetting etc. without luck :(
BUT...when my phone is in a locked state (no pin number entered) and i dial a random number, i am able to hear a beeping from the receiver.
i would really appreciate ur help!!
