Uninstalling/deleting Apps

I used pwnage to unlock my iTouch and have installed a few apps via SSH and Cyberduck. My question is how do you remove/delete an application? I put one on my iTouch and it doesn't work. I thought you can just delete the file BUT the icon is still on the home page.

All you have to do is SSH back into your iPod and delete them. Once you respring, they will be gone.
