I was wondering if there was any way i could transfer my contacts and calendar to my mac from my iphone

Connect your iPhone. Open iTunes (if it doesnt open automatically). Select your iPhone from the leftmost pane! In the info tab (The tabs are located right below the main iTunes header bar {where the Play, next etc buttons are} in the rightside window) you'll find a no. of otions to sync contacts calendars, etc! Choose whats apt for you and Click Sync in the lower right corner!

From here onc, all changes made on your iPhone or Mac/PC.... will be reflected on the other device each time you connect your iPhone!
