Retrieve files from Time Capsule from another machine

I have a complete back-up of my iMac (250GB of storage) and the iMac just completely died yesterday, and I need to access some of the files from it, yet I genuinely have no idea how. Thought it'd be pretty simple, yet I don't see how it's possible. I assume I'm just being stupid.
 
You should be able to find Backups.backupdb folder on the drive, from there just drill down until you locate the files you need.
