How much "Other"?

Hi folks, I just wanted to get a good look at how much "Other" is or supposed to be. I've got 23 Applications and my other is listed below 682.8 MB.

Is that too much, too little? I've got album art on almost all my songs.

Theres already a thread on this. Other is artwork, pictures, emails, settings,podcasts, etc.......

I've seen the threads on here and on howardforums, but I'm just trying to get a comparison going so we can see it side by side.

I have like 280-290 mb of other...its normally I think 230 for the OS and what not and the rest is from applications plus the other jazz people are talking about

27 apps, around 4000 text messages, and about 2000 e-mails?

how do you know your text messages?
