Interesting. I had thought PageMaker was discontinued years ago.

No, it's just been on life support.

I like the way Adobe handled the PageMaker situation; first checking with their customers for interest in InDesign, then offering a way to easily upgrade. If I were a graphics designer, I would applaud Adobe's decision to provide PageMaker users with an almost hassle-free transition to InDesign from PageMaker.

well, this just reenforces what i told my bosses a few weeks ago...that we would have to upgrade our pagemaker 7 to indesign cs sooner rather than later. i love getting new software.
