Im not recieving texts after update?

i updated before and texts were working fine, but now im not getting them now.

is it the network or the phone?

this makes no sense to me at all. and i asked 2 friends to try. but they get mine.

they have verizon but still.
 
u guys think i should restore? i was getting them fine too after the update it all worked.

could it be them fixing the towers?
 
I'm not getting texts after the update. I texted 2 girls
who ways answer promptly and they haven't responded, so I figure my texts aren't coming in.
