Nice visuals - very busy looking navigation. But there's a lot to link to, so don't really think you can do much about that. :rolleyes:

You have left small space for the menu which is in the top. I think that it is not really good layout

I may make the menu at the top simpler, maybe less options, and maybe the picture in the middle smaller so everything is simpler but these are small tweaks. I do like the feel of the sites and I think the font you have used is good.
