I've got my first Macbook, and have discovered that it will not play the movies I have copied over to DVD-R. I've made copies of my movies so when I travel I don't have to take the original discs with me. The movies play fine on my other (non-Mac) computers, as well as in my 6 year-old DVD player. Is by intention or design?
