How do I backup my iphone 3G?

You put it in the "R" position and press accelerate.

Plug the iPhone into your computer and start sycning it. In iTunes it will say it is backing up.

and LOL ^ at that.

So I don't have to manually do anything? Just plug it in as normal? It will back itself up automatically?

that car comment was pretty funny..i have to admit i stopped singing my go go music n actually laughed at that(yes i sing when my songs on full volume and my speakers are on full volume)
