Question About Apps and a Restore

Ok so i got Netshare on my iPhone but it isnt showing under Applications in iTunes, im going to restore because my iPhone is still buggy after updating to 2.0.1 but if i do that am i going to lose Netshare since it isnt backed up on my computer on iTunes?

Make sure that you sync with iTunes first and NetShare should show up.
Your iTunes needs to be signed in with the same account that bought NetShare.

If Netshare still doesn't show up in iTunes, you WILL LOSE IT when you restore!
