email is cut down when forwarding - How do you stop that?

Hi,

New user on iPhone 3G. Have set up IMAP and POP accounts. When forwarding emails received, the iPhone cuts the email down by a ridiculous amount, practically removing all the text from the email you are trying to forward. How do I change that setting?
