I have a 30GB third generation iPod as my main iPod and was keeping the 5 GB -- original model -- and the 10 GB -- original moving scroll wheel model -- as back ups. But now I'm going to get an iPod mini as my secondary, so I'm selling the 5GB and 10GB models.

Both are in excellent condition except for the standard unavoidable iPod scratches -- nothing hideous here, just the typical scratches and scrapes. Both come with all original materials (except you probably won't want my foam earpiece covers), accessories and packaging. The 10 GB also comes with the Apple wired remote and smaller style headphones.

Both still have admirable battery life. I've not noticed any significant reduction in the original 9-10 hour battery life. No other problems with these units whatsoever.

Also have one Xtrememac flip-top style leather case in white and car charger that I'll sell with one or the other.

Would like to get $150 for the 5 GB and $200 for the 10 GB with case, car charger and remote, but am open to all reasonable offers. E-mail sanford_may@mac.com with offers. Shipping costs we can work out depending on how fast you want it shipped (shipping shouldn't cost a great deal on these), but I would like to be paid via PayPal (credit cards via PayPal are fine as I will accept the PayPal credit card surcharge).

Please e-mail sanford_may@mac.com promptly if you're interested; otherwise I'll be putting these items on eBay in a couple days.

(Edit) By "reasonable offers" I mean I'm not going to be terribly picky, so make what ever offer you feel comfortable with and I'll let you know if it works for me.

They have both already sold. If it makes you feel better about missing the opportunity, $75 is way too low for a 10GB iPod and I wouldn't have taken the offer; they are fetching almost three times that on eBay right now. You got one heck of a deal at $100.
