an error occured what i was updating the firmware of my ipod and now it won't function.
when i turn it on, the apple logo appears then goes to a screen with a picture of the end of a docking cable with an arrow pointing away. from there, it just turns off. i have tried to reset it, but have had not luck.
anyone have an idea of what i can do?
