We were discussing album covers in our iTunes today and what were are favorites.
Thought it would be interesting to see what other people feel are his or her favorites. I know this has been done before but....

There's a subtle difference in the threads though. One is iTunes album artwork the other is just Album artwork.
Neither of the 2 I posted are on iTunes.

Still, it'll probably get merged.

When I started the thread I thought this one versus the album art one were different in that this thread is what album artwork is in YOUR iTunes library. If a merge is needed so be it.
Either way some good stuff here.

I bought the record version of this album at their last concert at the Horseshoe in Toronto, but I haven't found a frame to put it in yet. It's also one of my favorite albums. Joel Plaskett's wife is the artist.

Let's give it up for Dylan's 'Bringing it all Back Home' - Released in 1965, it's often noted as the (one of the?) first albums to not feature a list of the album's songs displayed on the front cover!

My all time favorite cover is definitely for Iron and Wine's album The Shepherd's Dog. I'd kill to find a poster of print of it but they don't seem to exist (or I'm just bad at searching). I'm also quite fond of the cover for Crane Wife by the Decemberists.
