Change user account to Admin?

Is there an easy way to change the security level on a login account to be Admin?

I have two accounts, one already has Admin priviledges and the other is "Standard" and I would like them both to be Admin.

Can this be done easily without a command line in Panther (10.3.2)?

Found it.

Its under all that FileVault madness in the security section of the Account Preferences for a user.
