My two month old iPod has one dead pixel - can I exchange it at the Apple store?

Really depends on the Store Manager! Apple's policy is a minimum of 5 dead pixels!

Uhh... Their policy is seven pixels in a square inch to giver a replacement. You're outside of the return period and you've only got one stuck pixel. Learn to live with it.
