I was wondering if I could get a new one with no dead pixels at the Apple Store for no extra fees?

Really depends on the Store Manager! Apple's policy is a minimum of 5 dead pixels!

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=VaTTjJncONI - apparently playing that will remove it.

Uhh... Their policy is seven pixels in a square inch to giver a replacement. You're outside of the return period and you've only got one stuck pixel. Learn to live with it.

I would think since it happened so quickly, maybe. but probably not considering there policy.

I would vote no. It's 2 months old, that's plenty of time for you to 'harm' it.
