No, it's not out.
The Dev Team is just teasing at the moment.
The updater still shows 2.0.1 as the current version.
 
Yea this is ridiculous!

Wish they would say its out tomorrow morning, or at 12 or something. 🙄

Still 2 hours of friday left in the UK tho 🙄

They aren't doing this to make us squirm. They're doing the right thing by waiting for the Installer 4.0 beta to be out.
