How to swap MacBook hard drive?

I am just wondering what kind of screw driver I need to get the hard drive out of the brace.

I am trying to upgrade my MacBooks Hard Drive from a 160GB to a 320GB drive and I have no clue what kind of screw driver I need to get =\
 
what size phillips head works with the bottom panel screws for replacing the memory? #0x2"?

not to derail the topic, but when you get the new harddrive, can you just plop it in, boot, insert install disc, and then be good to go? Or do you need to format the drive first in an enclosure or something?

You may have to use Disk Utility (available under Utilities menu bar item when booted from install disk) to format the drive first.
