Bad Company, Quick Question

Hello,

I bought BF: Bad Company the other day, and have been playing campaign. One thing that I noticed was the side to side motion of your character moving, and it is VERY annoying, and makes me a bit dizzy :(

Any way to turn this off, and is it really bad while playing xbox live (haven't gotten around to it yet).
