Guy,
Pleas can someone put this totally incompetent iPhone user "me" to rest and explain in "do this do that" terms how to get this wallpaper thing to work.
I have my picture as the background when the phone is locked (I like that) but when I unlock the phone i get this garden scene that switches every 30 seconds or so "WTF is with that crap".
Please help

I'm guessing this garden screen you are describing is the theme that came with Winterboard called Saurik. You can download various themes for Winterboard in Cydia including a default one which reverts everything to default.

Yep that is correct, but what I would like to do is add my own picture "say my daughter" as the background.
How do I do that???

Go to Library/Themes on your iphone and there will be the folder for the default Winterboard theme. Inside the folder there is a png file called Wallpaper.png. You can change that file with any pic you want but it has to be a png file and you have to name it Wallpaper.

Where is library on the iPhone?
