Beginning yesterday whenever I make a change to my iPhone's settings in iTunes 7.7.1.11 and click "Apply", iTunes freezes. It was previously running for months with no issues. I am now also experiencing the issue where no apps run and all the music/videos are missing from the iPhone (different thread).
I don't mind uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, but not sure how it will affect the purchases I've made. I saw a thread where a clean install of iTunes "lost" the paid apps and they had to be repurchased.
Any ideas on the iTune freezes? Thx.
