I Pwned to firmware 2.0.1 and now my mail app doesn't open. Anyone experiencing similar problems having pwned to the latest apple firmware?

There's either a folder missing or the permissions are wrong. If I could recall what site helped me out with that on the 2.0 jailbreak I'd tell you...
This might be the trick as I can't recall exactly what I did: http://leonho.com/articles/fix-mail-crash-on-iphone-20/

Easiest solution if your inexperienced and not used to messing about with your phone is just build a new custom restore using pwnage and restore again and that will fix it.

Pardon me sir, but in my case this would not work. The problem was due to some messed up ownerships in /var/mobile/Library/Mail - which also exist in my backups. I suppose I could have restored and then clicked "new iphone", but that would very much be a last resort.
I managed to remedy the problem by SSHing and running the command:
"chown -R mobile:mobile /var/mobile/Library/Mail"
Should this ever happen to anyone else, here's a good site:

PS - thanks Warbrain, you got me on the right track.
