Is there any easy way?

I don't really want to restore again then run bootneuter.

Is there any other way?

I know you can remove the option in Expert mode but that includes bootneuter, as the phone is already neutered why does it have to run again?

Any ideas?

Only by restoring with a different pwned IPSW.

Restoring doesn't take more than an hour so I don't know why you wouldn't just rebuild the IPSW in expert mode. Re-running the bootneuter is just it recognising it has been done already and the phone reboots.
