Any idea when 2.1 will be released to the public?

I want to download and use it because I'm sure it fixes some bugs I'm having but I don't like the fact I can't release apps if I upgrade. Any idea when they will be releasing to the public and thus allow 2.1 apps on the store?

Probably late August or early September since it has the push notification support.
