Question updating 1.1.4 to 2.0

Hi !

Currently I have the 1.1.4 firmware on my iphone and everything works fine but I want to update to 2.0. Originally the Iphone was unlocked, activated, jailbroken using ziphone 3.0.

Now I am afraid that problems could occur when I use winpwn, or are all traces from ziphone cleaned when I restore to some original firmware using itunes ?

Further my bootloader at the moment is 3.9, I guess ziphone downgraded it, is that a problem or should I fix it back to 4.6 using bootneuter ?

Use Pwnage Tool 2.0.2. Worked great for me. See my post about the custom software file it creates.
