What is Final Cut Pro 3 on Leopard? I need to edit. And learn.

I haven't edited for years and never on my computer...

Someone has a copy of Final Cut Pro 3 and I'm wondering if I can learn on it.

I've got an old Cube on Tiger and a 12 PB 1.5ghz with 23"ACD running Leopard.
Will this old program run on Leopard?

Or do I have to downshift to Tiger?

Is it any good for anything besides learning?

Is there anything you can tell me that I am too dumb to ask?

FCP 3 came in two versions;; one for OS 9 and then later for OS X. FWIW, FCP 3 probably won't run well (if at all) on any OS past 10.3.9 and QT 6.5.2.
