MobileMe account renewal question

The lovely people at Apple gave me a free year of MobileMe cos they messed up so bad. Now, my account expires in November. If I enter the new activation code now, does it mean I will have an extra 365 days added to my account or will it expire in 365 days?

90% of the time it means that it will add 365 days to your subscription. If anything else occurs, call in to complain, as that is the standard practice, unless your unused period is prorated back to you.

Just tried the new activation code and it was about to give me a year from NOW, not a year from November. Luckily there was an option to not confirm the code.
