Jailbreak and Apps Store/Itunes

I want to know if I do upgrade to 2.0.1 and then Jailbreak it, would I have the ability to install any apps from the apple store? can you have access to install/buy apps from apple and load application from either cydia and installer? Any suggestion will be gladly appreciated.

Yeah the app store works perfectly post-jailbreak

Sure...jailbreak does not stop you from purchasing apps from the AppStore or doing all the "regular/normal" things you would with your iPhone. There really is no downside as far as I can tell.

I can't believe I didn't do it sooner...:D
