Macbook Screen Cleaning Question

To clean a black Macbook screen, should I just spray some water onto the screen and then wipe it with the cleaning cloth provided? Is the cleaning cloth that they give you microfiber?
 
No! Never spray any liquid directly on a computer screen!

...Dampen the cloth first, and then wipe the screen. 🙂
