problem with the video tone !!!! help

after installing video tone in my iphone 1.1.4 from the installer i didn't found it in the sitting ?! no change or any add app in the sitting

and how i can delete the update list in the installer i don't want to do this update i want to delete because when i am trying to update it give me error massage
