macbook wouldn't startup

hey guys
need a quick fix
my macbook doesn't startup and I just see a blank screen when I turn it on. It makes the booting sound but thats it, nothing appears on the screen. There could be a problem with the a battery but it doen't even work with the A/C power on.

would appreciate a prompt response

got it fixed
had to replace the RAM
